At St. Croix Spotless, our goal is simple: provide homeowners and businesses with professional, reliable window cleaning and exterior cleaning services while delivering an experience that is easy, transparent, and satisfying from start to finish.

Locally Owned and Operated
St. Croix Spotless was founded by two Prescott locals who share a commitment to quality work and strong customer service.
Derek Rundquist grew up in Prescott and graduated from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse with degrees in Finance and Economics. After graduating, he started a window cleaning business with Joe focused on providing reliable service and professional results for homeowners and businesses.
Joseph Roosen, also a Prescott native, attended Minnesota State University, Mankato before working in real estate investment sales in Colorado. After gaining valuable experience in business and real estate, he returned home and partnered with Derek to help build and grow St. Croix Spotless.
Together they built the company around a simple idea: provide professional exterior cleaning services that homeowners can rely on year after year.
Our Cleaning Process

For window cleaning, we use eco-friendly solutions and professional tools that remove dirt, grime, bug residue, and hard water buildup. For stubborn stains, we carefully use fine steel wool designed specifically for glass restoration.
For higher or difficult-to-reach windows, we utilize a water-fed pole purification system, which allows us to safely clean windows from the ground while leaving a streak-free finish.
For pressure washing, we remove dirt, algae, mildew, and surface buildup from areas such as siding, driveways, patios, walkways, and other exterior surfaces. Using professional equipment and proper cleaning techniques ensures surfaces are cleaned effectively without causing damage.
